Your information, in plain language

The PCS Housing Guide is offered by Jordan Toohey (RS-84017) and The Toohey Group at Compass. We help military families connect with local real estate professionals at their next duty station.

When you fill out our form, we collect: your destination duty station, approximate report date, branch, housing interests, whether you own a home, your name, email, mobile number, and anything you choose to share in the notes field. We also record your consent, the date and time you gave it, the page you came from, and campaign details (such as UTM tags) from the link you used.

We use your information to review your request, contact you about your move, and introduce you to a suitable local real estate agent. We do not sell your personal information.

To connect you, we share your details with the partner real estate agent we refer you to and that agent's brokerage. They may contact you directly about your housing options. We may also use trusted service providers (such as hosting, email, and CRM tools) that process data on our behalf.

If you check the consent box, The PCS Housing Guide and the agent we connect you with may contact you by phone, text, or email about your move, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email us to stop all contact.

We may use analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) that set cookies to understand site traffic and measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

We keep lead information as long as needed to help with your move and to meet legal and brokerage record-keeping requirements, and then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
